ABOUT ME
I am Gina Mandell, owner and founder of Integrative Therapy Services. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois and received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago.
I bring over 20 years of experience from a variety of settings including community mental health, hospitals, and group clinical practice. I work with older adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, family/relationship issues, life transitions and more. Within a supportive environment, I can assist clients with making connections leading to improved outlook, reduced stress and achieving balance.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to assist individuals based on their needs and personal goals. I work with individuals to help them understand and heal from their past in order to move forward in their lives, as well as focus on issues at hand and collaborate to discover alternative ways of coping.

Although I work with a diverse population and a variety of issues, my expertise is in working with young adults who are experiencing transitions relevant to their stage of life. I recognize that there can be anxiety that comes along with change, whether it be transitioning from high school to college or the workforce, adjusting to changes in living arrangements, transitioning into a new employment field, or relationship issues. If you feel you need help adjusting to a change in life circumstances, please contact me at Integrated Therapy Services.
